Cookie Notice

Last updated DRAFT, NOT YET PUBLISHED

This notice explains how TEAM LINKED, a trading name of Premiums Corporation Ltd, uses cookies and similar browser storage on shoplinked.co.uk.

Essential storage

We store your basket, promo code and delivery country in your browser to provide the shopping features you request. These remain until your basket is emptied or you clear your browser data. We remember your cookie choice for six months, after which we ask again.

Advertising storage and tracking

Only after you choose Accept optional cookies, we store information from tagged links about where you came from, including the campaign and ad name, for up to seven days.

If you order during that period, we save the source, campaign and ad name with your order for two years to compare campaigns year on year, then clear those fields automatically. No cookies or Meta identifiers are stored in those order-source fields.

When you start checkout with advertising consent, we store that order's reference in your browser for up to two years, the same period the order's advertising source is kept, so that withdrawing consent can remove the source, campaign and ad name from that order. The reference is deleted when you withdraw.

Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc support advertising measurement and matching. They last up to 90 days and are renewed when you return while advertising consent remains active.

With your consent, Meta Pixel records pages and products viewed, searches, adding items to your basket, starting checkout and purchases, including relevant products and order values. Meta Conversions API sends checkout-start and purchase events from our server. Our Privacy Policy explains the information shared for matching.

These tools help us measure advertising and, where we use visitor audiences, show ads to previous visitors.

Your choices

Before you choose, or if you reject optional cookies, we do not send information to Meta through these tools, set advertising cookies or record new advertising source information. You can still shop.

Use in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops further Pixel and Conversions API sharing and deletes _fbp, _fbc and the advertising source stored in your browser.

When you withdraw consent through Cookie settings, advertising tracking stops in that browser. We also remove the saved source, campaign and ad name from earlier orders we can identify through order references stored in that browser. For other orders, including where those references have been cleared, please contact us using the details in our privacy policy.

Withdrawal does not remove information Meta has already received. Our Privacy Policy explains how requests about that information are handled.

Stripe checkout

Payment takes place on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe uses its own cookies and similar technologies, including for payment security and fraud prevention. Our banner does not control cookies on Stripe's page. See:
