Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can cancel and return it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by emailing shopteamlinked@gmail.com with your order number (it starts LKD-). You do not have to give a reason.

Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of returns

• Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
• You can try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
• Trainers should be returned in their original box, without creases or wear on the soles.

Return costs

• Refund: £5. This covers the return delivery and is taken off your refund.
• Exchange: £10. This covers delivery both ways: £5 to send the item back and £5 to send the new size out.

Email us first and we will send you a return label. These charges do not apply if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so keep your proof of postage.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing proof you sent them, if sooner), to the card you paid with, less the £5 return charge. If you return the whole order within the cancellation period, we also refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage both ways.

Exchanges

To swap for a different size, email us with your order number and the size you want. We send you a return label, and once your item arrives we send the new size out. The £10 exchange charge covers both parcels.
