Premiums Corporation Ltd (trading as TEAM LINKED) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number when you place an order.
• What you ordered and what you paid.
• Messages you send us.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

• To take payment, dispatch your order and send order emails (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep business and tax records (a legal obligation).
• To answer your questions and handle returns.

We only send marketing emails if you have signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), Airtable (order records), Resend (order emails) and Vercel (website hosting). Some of these may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet tax rules. Other messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your basket in your browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email shopteamlinked@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
