Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Costs and services

• Orders under £100: £5.00, Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Orders of £100 and over: free, Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Orders over £200: free, and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which needs a signature.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on the next working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when you order.

Delivery times

Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, and Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day. Royal Mail's times are targets rather than guarantees, and busy periods such as November to January can add a day or two.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within five working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will chase it with Royal Mail.
