Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Premiums Corporation Ltd, trading as TEAM LINKED. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be out of stock, or if a price was clearly shown in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe when you place your order.

Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
